Sierra Vasques vs Juan Verdugo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Sao Paulo promoted show at Sao Paulo Tio, Sao Paulo,  taking place on 16/09/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Sao Paulo Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sierra Vasques (7 - 0) who hails from Sao Paulo, Brazil and Juan Verdugo(14 - 10 - 6) from Campinas, Brazil.  Vasques weighed in at 107 pounds and 6 ounces, while Verdugo weighed in at 108 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Verdugo came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.
