Oliver Madsen vs Gareth Osness

Boxing Daily Report from the Hallmall Promotion promoted show at Grand Hotel Oslo, Oslo,  taking place on 13/09/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Norway Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Oliver Madsen (20(4) - 13(1)) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Gareth Osness(5(5) - 1) from Oslo, Norway.  Both Madsen and Osness weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oddvar Walstad, and the three ringside judges are Turpin Bergland, Thor Fagerland and Oliver Vinje.  

Round 1: 

Osness steps inside.  Madsen tries to land a left hook, but Osness sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.

Madsen tries to keep the action at long range and attempts to land a cross, but Osness dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Osness gets on the inside and drives a sharp left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Osness advances into close range and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Madsen switches the action to the outside and hits home with an overhand right.  
Osness quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Osness lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  As Osness tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Madsen dabs at his face checking for damage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Madsen's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Madsen's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
