Santiago Pinero vs Carlos Covarrubias

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Mexico State promoted show at Ecatepec Obando, Ecatepec,  taking place on 15/09/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Pinero (15 - 10 - 2) who hails from Chimalhuacan, Mexico and Carlos Covarrubias(24(4) - 0) from Tijuana, Mexico.
