Diego Navarrete vs Kenji Higa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Kobe Okazaki, Kobe,  taking place on 11/09/2035:

Clearly AI Japan-Hyogo have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Navarrete (15(10) - 0) who hails from Mixco, Guatemala and Kenji Higa(3 - 2) from Yokohama, Japan.  Navarrete weighed in at 108 pounds, while Higa weighed in at 107 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hiro Seno, and the three ringside judges are Ryo Takano, Hajime Nishioka and Yuji Muramoto.
