Amrane Xeque vs Rasil Bellaz

Boxing Daily Report from the Mphande Promotions promoted show at Tangier Haddou, Tangier,  taking place on 09/09/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Morocco-Tanger-Tetouan Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amrane Xeque (7 - 6(1) - 1) who hails from Tangier, Morocco and Rasil Bellaz(19 - 14(2) - 1) from Tangier, Morocco.  Xeque weighed in at 153 pounds and 11 ounces, while Bellaz weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Saif al Din Melgar, and the three ringside judges are El Madani Ramid, Shamsadeen Leghzaoui and Hilel Benzouien.
