Diego Abrantes vs Santiago Higuera

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Coahuila promoted show at Ngwenya Gym, Saltillo,  taking place on 31/08/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Coahuila Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Abrantes (9 - 5 - 10) who hails from Saltillo, Mexico and Santiago Higuera(6 - 9(1) - 6) from Torreon, Mexico.  Both Abrantes and Higuera weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montenegro Pizarro, and the three ringside judges are Porfio Danon, Rio Milan and Vegas Lechuga.  

Round 1: 

Higuera tries to step out of his opponents range.  Abrantes is on target with an overhand right.

That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Higuera.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
