Reyes Alva vs Alfonso Silveira

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Bahia promoted show at Loredo Nery Gym, Salvador,  taking place on 19/08/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Brazil-Bahia Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Reyes Alva (28(8) - 8(1) - 2) who hails from Salvador, Brazil and Alfonso Silveira(7 - 5 - 4) from Salvador, Brazil.  Both Alva and Silveira weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Maria, and the three ringside judges are Venacio Amparo, Sancho Coval and Orlando Medeiros.  

Round 1: 

Alva lands a jab.  Alva attempts to land a jab, but Silveira parries the shot and counters with a right hook.

Alva cuts off the ring, trapping Silveira in the blue corner.  Alva lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.
