Corey Cain vs Ethan Moffett

Boxing Daily Report from the Leprechaun Promotions promoted show at Londonderry MacConnell, Londonderry,  taking place on 18/08/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Celtic Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Corey Cain (11(5) - 3 - 1) who hails from Bangor, UK and Ethan Moffett(14 - 17(1) - 6) from Cork, Ireland.  Both Cain and Moffett weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daniel Maguire, and the three ringside judges are Oisin Beirne, Anthony McCabe and Anthony McCabe.  

Round 1: 

Cain is looking to close the distance and connects with a left hook.  
Moffett is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Cain is on target with a cross.  
Cain advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Moffett steps away from his opponent.  Cain hits home with an overhand right.  
Moffett drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Cain is on target with a jab.  
Cain is looking to close the distance.  Moffett throws a right uppercut, but Cain clinches his opponent.  Cain leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Cain quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Cain is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Cain lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Cain ties up his opponent.  Cain pushes his forearm into Moffett's face.  The referee warns Cain and breaks the clinch.  
Cain pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Cain advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Moffett is looking to keep the action on the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Cain sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Cain lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Moffett is looking to keep his distance.  Cain lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Moffett switches the action to the outside.  Cain lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Moffett's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Moffett's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Moffett's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Cain feints a jab, tricking Moffett into countering with a left uppercut.  Cain springs the trap and counters with  a left hook.  
Cain sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Moffett throws a right hook, but Cain ties up his opponent.  Cain leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Cain steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Cain manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Cain is on target with a sharp left uppercut to his opponents liver.  As Moffett tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Cain has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Cain gets on the inside and lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Cain is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Moffett tries to keep the action at long range.  Cain is on target with a cross.  
Cain connects with a left hook.

Moffett attempts to land a jab, but Cain slips the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.
