Cole Abbott vs Peter Strang

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Vector Arena, Auckland,  taking place on 01/09/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Cole Abbott (17(9) - 1) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Peter Strang(26(3) - 2(2)) from Waitakere, New Zealand.  Abbott weighed in at 111 pounds and 4 ounces, while Strang weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jack Hislop, and the three ringside judges are Mike Sproule, George Brain and Jacob Ridpath.
