Alec McKowen vs Kieran Murrey

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Brisbane Hughen, Brisbane,  taking place on 18/08/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alec McKowen (13 - 17(3) - 3) who hails from Gold Coast, Australia and Kieran Murrey(6 - 11(2) - 3) from Brisbane, Australia.  McKowen weighed in at 168 pounds, while Murrey weighed in at 167 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hugh Durie, and the three ringside judges are John Wark, Oliver Mullane and Michael Guffy.
