Isaak Baljakin vs Evgeny Lazarev

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Perm Krai promoted show at Perm Berkutov, Perm,  taking place on 13/08/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Russia-Perm Krai Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Isaak Baljakin (22 - 16(3) - 2) who hails from Perm, Russia and Evgeny Lazarev(7 - 11 - 2) from Perm, Russia.  Baljakin weighed in at 108 pounds, while Lazarev weighed in at 107 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ivan Obolensky, and the three ringside judges are Isaak Khoroshilov, Timofei Markov and Pyotr Makeyev.
