Venacio Astorga vs Shayan Warda

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at City West Hotel, Dublin,  taking place on 26/08/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Venacio Astorga (12(10) - 0) who hails from Mexicali, Mexico and Shayan Warda(13 - 10(1)) from Cairo, Egypt.  Both Astorga and Warda weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shane MacNevin, and the three ringside judges are Rory Carver, Ross Gauld and Joshua Dermott.  

Round 1: 

Astorga closes the distance and is on target with a stinging right uppercut.  
Astorga throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Astorga holds on to his opponent.  Astorga is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Astorga.  
Astorga lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  Astorga holds on to his opponent.  Warda pushes his forearm into Astorga's face.  The referee warns Warda and breaks the clinch.  
Astorga lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Warda recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Astorga lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Astorga digs in a left hook to Warda's body.  
Astorga lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Astorga manouvers Warda into a neutral corner.  Astorga lands a right uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  Astorga ties up his opponent.  Astorga uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Warda behind the head. The referee warns Astorga and breaks the clinch.  
Astorga digs in a left hook to Warda's body.  
Astorga sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Astorga is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to Warda's ribs.  
Astorga lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Astorga lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Astorga digs in a left uppercut to Warda's body.  
Warda throws a right hook, but Astorga ties up his opponent.  Astorga is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Astorga and breaks the clinch.  
Astorga is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Warda almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Astorga hits home with a solid right hook.  
Astorga lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Astorga connects with a sharp right hook.  Astorga clinches his opponent.  Warda uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Astorga's kidney. Astorga leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Astorga.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Astorga is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Astorga lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Astorga crashes a nasty left hook to his opponents body.  Astorga holds on to his opponent.  Astorga leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Astorga's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Warda now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Warda is looking to close the distance.  Astorga drives a right hook into Warda's body.  
Astorga drives a stinging right hook into his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Warda's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Warda's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Warda's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Astorga digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Warda dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Astorga steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Astorga finds the target with a jab.  
Astorga hits home with a left hook.  
Astorga lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Astorga lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Astorga is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Astorga senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Astorga DETONATES a big cross on his opponents face.  WARDA IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Astorga!
