Boxing Daily Report from the CP Boxing promoted show at Georgetown Hackney, Georgetown,  taking place on 14/08/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Guyana Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ellis Smylie (5(1) - 1(1)) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Malcolm Rutherford(11 - 4(2)) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Both Smylie and Rutherford weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fraser Shone, and the three ringside judges are Ewan Morton, Paul Gilliland and Richard Renton.
