Douglas Powell vs Elchin Rahmani

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at York Road Stadium, London,  taking place on 18/08/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the WRBO Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Douglas Powell (36(20) - 1) who hails from Dundee, UK and Elchin Rahmani(28(11) - 2(2)) from Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Both Powell and Rahmani weighed in at 118 pounds.
