Boxing Daily Report from the Pacific and Andean Promotions promoted show at Cardiff City Hall, Cardiff,  taking place on 28/07/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Andrew Rice (3 - 2) who hails from Cardiff, UK and Waqar Hasen(8 - 14(1) - 1) from Derby, UK.  Rice weighed in at 230 pounds and 8 ounces, while Hasen weighed in at 233 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Clinton Birney, and the three ringside judges are Joshua Gillespie, Joshua Gillespie and Yasin Ozer.
