Kolzak Povetkin vs Vitali Smirnov

Boxing Daily Report from the Kanyeihamba Promotions promoted show at Magnitogorsk Parshivlyuk, Magnitogorsk,  taking place on 07/08/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Russia-Chelyabinsk Oblast Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kolzak Povetkin (26(8) - 7(3)) who hails from Chelyabinsk, Russia and Vitali Smirnov(5 - 6 - 2) from Chelyabinsk, Russia.  Povetkin weighed in at 111 pounds And 8 ounces, while Smirnov weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Valeri Lampeev, and the three ringside judges are Marlen Zhirkov, Dimi Semyonov and Evgeny Davydov.  

Round 1: 

Povetkin is looking to close the distance and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Smirnov steps away from his opponent.  Povetkin is on target with a cross.

Smirnov is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross.

That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  
Povetkin slams a spiteful left uppercut into his opponents ribs.  IT LOOKS LIKE SMIRNOV WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Povetkin is looking to force the stoppage!  Povetkin lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body, KNOCKING SMIRNOV DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Povetkin lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  He then lands two right uppercut's to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  It looks like Smirnov has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Povetkin gets on the inside and digs in a sharp left hook to Smirnov's body.  SMIRNOV WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Smirnov almost instantly recovers.

Povetkin manouvers Smirnov into a corner.  Povetkin sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Smirnov quickly recovers. 
Povetkin advances into close range and is on target with a right hook to Smirnov's ribs.  
Povetkin throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Povetkin ties up his opponent.  Povetkin leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Povetkin throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Povetkin lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND SMIRNOV IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  It looks like Smirnov has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Povetkin closes the distance and crashes a DESTRUCTIVE right hook to his opponents ribcage.  SMIRNOV IS DOWN!  THE REF DOES NOT GIVE SMIRNOV THE CHANCE TO BEAT THE COUNT...HE'S STOPPING THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Povetkin!
