Barry Ogonga vs Kishore Batta

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane,  taking place on 01/09/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Commonwealth Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Barry Ogonga (17(9) - 1) who hails from Nakuru, Kenya and Kishore Batta(27(8) - 11(2)) from Lucknow, India.  Ogonga weighed in at 135 pounds, while Batta weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dan Nish, and the three ringside judges are Ian Corrie, Scott Martin and Jacob Stamos.  

Round 1:
