Davie Burnett vs Gareth Iverson

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Vector Arena, Auckland,  taking place on 11/08/2035:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Davie Burnett (24 - 10 - 5) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Gareth Iverson(13 - 11(3) - 7) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Both Burnett and Iverson weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mike Sproule, and the three ringside judges are Lloyd Rease, Brin Stackpole and Hamahona Kurawhatia.  

Round 1: 

Burnett is looking to keep his distance and connects with an overhand left.
