Floyd Mattox vs Jay Shone

Boxing Daily Report from the Ras Marcus promoted show at Kingston Kinnon, Kingston,  taking place on 30/07/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Jamaica-Kingston Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SportsMax, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Floyd Mattox (12 - 8) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Jay Shone(22(2) - 9(1)) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Mattox weighed in at 118 pounds and 8 ounces, while Shone weighed in at 117 pounds and 15 ounces.    As Mattox came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Dylan Duffie, and the three ringside judges are John Woodburn, Harvey Dennie and Rob Nivison.
