Phil Ahman vs Thompson Egbedi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Borno State promoted show at Maiduguri Karim, Maiduguri,  taking place on 19/07/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Phil Ahman (17(8) - 1(1)) who hails from Bama, Nigeria and Thompson Egbedi(14(1) - 0 - 1) from Lagos, Nigeria.  Ahman weighed in at 134 pounds and 9 ounces, while Egbedi weighed in at 135 pounds.
