Oro Fontana vs Vegas Ruano

Boxing Daily Report from the Asante Promotions promoted show at Mexico-Baja California Gym, Tijuana,  taking place on 15/07/2035:

Clearly Asante Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oro Fontana (11 - 17 - 5) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Vegas Ruano(20 - 17 - 4) from Mexicali, Mexico.  Fontana weighed in at 134 pounds and 10 ounces, while Ruano weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eloy Almeida, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Olea, Joaquin Macario and Guillermo Urbano.  

Round 1: 

Ruano advances into close range.  Fontana lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
