Connor Gory vs James Purves

Boxing Daily Report from the Skol Promotions promoted show at Manukau Dinwiddie, Manukau,  taking place on 14/07/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Connor Gory (21 - 10 - 2) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and James Purves(13 - 13 - 4) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Both Gory and Purves weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hani Rarere, and the three ringside judges are Chris Booth, Kahorere Hakaipari and Clinton Martie.  

Round 1:
