Morgan Baxa vs Noel Torbett

Boxing Daily Report from the Zulu Promotions promoted show at Vincent McCorquodale Gym, Virginia Beach,  taking place on 06/07/2035:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Virginia Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Morgan Baxa (8 - 8) who hails from Virginia Beach, USA and Noel Torbett(6 - 3 - 1) from Norfolk, USA.  Both Baxa and Torbett weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hugh Cassidy, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Cassidy, Waleed Mady and Adam Walls.  

Round 1: 

Baxa goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Torbett's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Baxa is on target with a cross.  
Torbett lands a right hook.  
Baxa finds the target with a jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Baxa's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Torbett's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.

Baxa advances into close range.  Torbett pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Torbett forces Baxa to retreat onto the ropes.  Torbett quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Torbett feints a cross and triggers a left hook counter from Baxa.  Torbett springs the trap, countering with  a right hook.  
Baxa is looking to close the distance.  Torbett drives a left hook into Baxa's ribs.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Baxa's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Baxa's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
