Satoshi Soga vs Keiichi Kimura

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Tokyo Aquatics Centre, Tokyo,  taking place on 30/06/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Tokyo Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Satoshi Soga (29(13) - 8(2) - 1) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Keiichi Kimura(21 - 9(1) - 1) from Tokyo, Japan.  Soga weighed in at 112 pounds, while Kimura weighed in at 111 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hiroki Uchida, and the three ringside judges are Aki Fujii, Goro Oyama and Satoshi Sakai.  

Round 1: 

Soga tries to keep the action at long range and lands a ramrod jab.  
Soga quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.

Soga voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Kimura tries to tag Soga on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!

Soga slams a spiteful right hook into his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE KIMURA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Kimura almost instantly recovers.

Soga is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Soga slams a spiteful left hook into his opponents body.  KIMURA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  Kimura now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

Soga is looking to close the distance.  Soga is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Soga lands two left hook's to the body followed by a cross to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Soga lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  It looks like Kimura has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Soga lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Soga senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Soga lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head, KNOCKING KIMURA DOWN!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Kimura cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Soga!
