James Shand vs Gower Feutmba

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Olympic Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 14/07/2035:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Commonwealth Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are James Shand (46(37) - 6(4)) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Gower Feutmba(34 - 5(3) - 1) from Bamenda, Cameroon.  Both Shand and Feutmba weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Elliot Girardot, and the three ringside judges are Granger Hinault, Johnny Smith and Gower Paille.  

Round 1: 

Shand is on target with a jab.

Feutmba finds the target with a stiff jab.  Feutmba attempts to land a jab, but Shand sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut.

Shand snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Shand feints a jab, fooling Feutmba into launching a right hook counter.  Shand avoids the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.

Shand lands a jab to the body followed by a overhand right to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Feutmba steps inside.  Shand is looking to force the stoppage!  Shand hits home with a potent left hook.  FEUTMBA IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Shand lands a left hook, right uppercut and a cross to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  It looks like Feutmba has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Feutmba is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Feutmba is looking to close the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Feutmba dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Feutmba lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Feutmba walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Feutmba sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Shand strikes his opponents body with a solid cross.

Shand is looking to keep his distance.  Shand sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab to the body followed by a overhand right to the head, AND FEUTMBA IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Shand!
