Boxing Daily Report from the Mthethwa Promotions promoted show at Glasgow Moloney, Glasgow,  taking place on 21/06/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Scotland Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are James Banks (15(3) - 8(1) - 2) who hails from Dundee, UK and Andy Clark(10 - 5(1) - 2) from Edinburgh, UK.  Both Banks and Clark weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bruce McBeth, and the three ringside judges are Thomas Ryan, Hamish McBeth and Anton Adam.  

Round 1: 

Banks lands a solid left hook.  Banks clinches his opponent.  Banks is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Banks's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Banks throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Banks holds on to his opponent.  Banks is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Banks manages to force Clark into a neutral corner.  Banks pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Banks quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Banks lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Banks lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Banks clinches his opponent.  Banks throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Clark tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Banks lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Banks manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Banks lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Banks holds on to his opponent.  Banks tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Clark's kidney. 
Banks hits home with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Clark's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Clark's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Clark's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
