Alejandro Ramos vs Ora Chavis

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uruguay-Montevideo promoted show at Montevideo Portilla, Montevideo,  taking place on 20/06/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uruguay Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alejandro Ramos (21(2) - 14(1) - 2) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Ora Chavis(10 - 9(3) - 2) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Ramos weighed in at 135 pounds, while Chavis weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Neron Villarruel, and the three ringside judges are Cuba Leiva, Joaquin Santin and Angel Nevarez.  

Round 1: 

Ramos gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Ramos gets on the inside and drives a sharp left hook into Chavis's body.  
Ramos sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a left hook into Chavis's ribs.  
Chavis throws a left hook, but Ramos holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Ramos pushes his forearm into Chavis's face.  The ref breaks Ramos's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ramos digs in a sharp left hook to Chavis's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE CHAVIS WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Chavis almost instantly recovers. 
Ramos lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Ramos digs in a right hook to Chavis's ribcage.  
Ramos lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Ramos ties up his opponent.  Ramos pushes his forearm into Chavis's face.  The ref breaks Ramos's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ramos sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Ramos lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND DROPS CHAVIS TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  Chavis now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Chavis is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.  
Ramos steps inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Ramos closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Ramos tries to land a left hook, but Chavis sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Ramos steps inside and digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Ramos walks Chavis down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Ramos lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Ramos ties up his opponent.  Ramos is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Ramos pushes his forearm into Chavis's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ramos to stop fouling.  
Ramos drives a solid left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Ramos lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Ramos lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Ramos attempts to land a right hook, but Chavis blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Ramos is on target with a stinging left hook to Chavis's liver.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Chavis's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Ramos hits home with a right uppercut.  
Ramos lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Ramos clinches his opponent.  Ramos uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Chavis's kidney. 
Chavis pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross to Ramos's body.  
Ramos closes the distance and drives a sharp left uppercut into Chavis's body.  
Ramos lands a left uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Ramos holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Ramos pushes his forearm into Chavis's face.  The referee warns Ramos and breaks the clinch.  
Ramos steps inside.  Ramos quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a solid left hook into his opponents liver.  
Ramos finds the target with a stiff jab.  
Ramos lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ramos advances into close range and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS CHAVIS TO THE CANVAS!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Ramos!
