Boxing Daily Report from the Batabaire Promotions promoted show at Kaduna Utondu, Kaduna,  taking place on 01/06/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kaduna State Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jay-Jay Egbo (10 - 21(2) - 2) who hails from Zaria, Nigeria and Julius Ezeji(4(2) - 1) from Zaria, Nigeria.  Both Egbo and Ezeji weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kris Choji, and the three ringside judges are James Sanya, Hope Iwuji and Saad Baksh.  

Round 1: 

Ezeji connects with a firm cross.

Ezeji sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Ezeji crashes a spiteful right uppercut to Egbo's body.  EGBO HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Ezeji!
