Haru Panapa vs Owen Ferry

Boxing Daily Report from the Simasiku Promotions promoted show at Manukau Bett, Manukau,  taking place on 31/05/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Haru Panapa (17 - 13(3) - 3) who hails from Manukau, New Zealand and Owen Ferry(10 - 10 - 1) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Panapa weighed in at 175 pounds and 12 ounces, while Ferry weighed in at 175 pounds.    As Panapa came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Joshua Haile, and the three ringside judges are Dominic Mattick, Oliver Ngarongomate and Robert Lowden.
