Frisco Tostado vs Iago Posa

Boxing Daily Report from the Bungu Promotions promoted show at Gabriel Reyes Gym, Nuevo Laredo,  taking place on 30/05/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Frisco Tostado (11 - 20 - 4) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Iago Posa(7 - 21 - 4) from Matamoros, Mexico.  Both Tostado and Posa weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edmundo Naranjo, and the three ringside judges are Angel Albo, Juan Alvarez and Xavier Alverez.  

Round 1: 

Posa closes the distance and lands a left hook.  
Posa is on target with a left uppercut.  
Tostado lands a left uppercut.  
Posa advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Posa clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Posa closes the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Posa drives a right hook into Tostado's ribs.  
Posa connects with a left uppercut.  
Posa throws a right hook, but is off-target.  Posa ties up his opponent.  Tostado leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Posa's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Tostado pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a cross.

Posa closes the distance and forces Tostado to retreat into the corner.  Tostado throws a right hook, but Posa holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Tostado pushes his forearm into Posa's face.  The referee warns Tostado and breaks the clinch.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Posa's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Posa's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Posa is looking to close the distance and forces Tostado to retreat into a corner.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Tostado dabs at his face checking for damage.
