Seymour Loum vs Forrest Noel

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Dakar Arena, Dakar,  taking place on 16/06/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Western African Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Seymour Loum (26(13) - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Forrest Noel(42(1) - 10(5) - 1) from Dakar, Senegal.  Loum weighed in at 121 pounds and 15 ounces, while Noel weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Romain Ndong, and the three ringside judges are Rush de Brosse, Garner Seyrig and Holland Signate.
