John Haney vs Ellis Cowan

Boxing Daily Report from the GAT Management promoted show at Bob Guertin Arena, Gaineau,  taking place on 11/07/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Haney (26(2) - 5 - 1) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Ellis Cowan(6 - 6 - 2) from Houston, USA.  Haney weighed in at 126 pounds, while Cowan weighed in at 125 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Mostyn, and the three ringside judges are Nicholas Prior, Paris Clarin and Ferrand Pradon.  

Round 1: 

Haney advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.
