Matthew Stennis vs Peter Pherson

Boxing Daily Report from the ADR Boxing promoted show at Robina Stadium, Gold Coast,  taking place on 23/06/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Oceania Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Matthew Stennis (27(17) - 2 - 2) who hails from Perth, Australia and Peter Pherson(20(7) - 6(1)) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Stennis and Pherson weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pepe Brunetti, and the three ringside judges are Brendan Moultrie, Stuart Gowan and Robert Dollar.  

Round 1: 

Stennis switches the action to the outside and drives a ramrod jab into his opponents face.
