Jawad Sharif vs Elliot Stirling

Boxing Daily Report from the United Boxing promoted show at Leeds Utd FC Suite, Leeds,  taking place on 17/05/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jawad Sharif (20(2) - 11(4)) who hails from Hull, UK and Elliot Stirling(8 - 8(2) - 4) from Leeds, UK.  Sharif weighed in at 129 pounds and 8 ounces, while Stirling weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Patrick Curtis, and the three ringside judges are Jonathan Duane, Chris Llywelyn and Nick Russell.  

Round 1: 

Stirling closes the distance.  Sharif lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.
