Lee Avleev vs Brett Stirrat

Boxing Daily Report from the Jon Crosby promoted show at Olympic Park Sports Hall, Sydney,  taking place on 06/04/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Lee Avleev (0 - 0) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Brett Stirrat(0 - 2) from Adelaide, Australia.  Avleev weighed in at 231 pounds and 6 ounces, while Stirrat weighed in at 231 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vince Roubanian, and the three ringside judges are Neil Malis, Ethan Zeatounian and Darryl Byrne.  

Round 1:

Avleev is on target with a left hook to Stirrat's body.  As Stirrat tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Avleev.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Avleev lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Stirrat's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Stirrat's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Stirrat's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
