Xaver Arredondo vs Cipriano Ponce

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Azuay promoted show at Cuenco Gordon, Cuenco,  taking place on 13/04/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Azuay Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xaver Arredondo (27(2) - 13) who hails from Cuenco, Ecuador and Cipriano Ponce(15(7) - 2(2) - 1(NC)) from Cuenco, Ecuador.  Both Arredondo and Ponce weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dimos Siman, and the three ringside judges are Nicandro Alcantara, Ricardo Almas and Sierra Lopez.  

Round 1: 

Ponce advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
