Vince Kipkirui vs Mark Gichuki

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Kebenei, Nairobi,  taking place on 14/04/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vince Kipkirui (15 - 10(2) - 1) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Mark Gichuki(17(5) - 8(2)) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Kipkirui and Gichuki weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leon Cassam, and the three ringside judges are Scott Merande, Duncan Wakihuri and Luister Mutahi.  

Round 1: 

Kipkirui is on target with a jab.
