Fraco Alcantar vs Joaquin Barreda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Santiago promoted show at Santiago de los Caba Urias, Santiago de los Caballeros,  taking place on 23/03/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santiago Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fraco Alcantar (25 - 10(3) - 3) who hails from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic and Joaquin Barreda(8 - 10 - 5) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Alcantar weighed in at 118 pounds, while Barreda weighed in at 118 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Barreda came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Diego Acevedo, and the three ringside judges are Juan Dominguez, Guillermo Garzon and Sagaz Mieras.
