Mick Purvis vs Ponce Ronda

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego,  taking place on 02/05/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Americas Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mick the Beast Purvis (17(15) - 1(1)) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Ponce Ronda(19(7) - 5 - 1) from Leon, Nicaragua.  Both Purvis and Ronda weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alen Pryor, and the three ringside judges are Mark Hyland, Oscar Hall and Morgan Reuben.
