Ian Paewai vs Richie Strother

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Pennison, Christchurch,  taking place on 26/02/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Paewai (16 - 12 - 4) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Richie Strother(15 - 13(2) - 3) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Paewai weighed in at 147 pounds, while Strother weighed in at 147 pounds And 8 ounces.    As Strother came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Robert Laramore, and the three ringside judges are Mike Muncie, Clint Cattell and Jonathan Lockaby.
