Shankar Tandon vs Karan Merkondar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Tamil Nadu promoted show at Hemant Chacko Gym, Chennai,  taking place on 21/02/2035:

Clearly AI India-Tamil Nadu have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Tamil Nadu Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shankar Tandon (5 - 14 - 2) who hails from Chennai, India and Karan Merkondar(4 - 5 - 1) from Chennai, India.  Tandon weighed in at 126 pounds, while Merkondar weighed in at 125 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Aftab Dia, and the three ringside judges are Amer Meskin, Madhav Kamdar and Chiranjeevi Gulati.
