Jack Bason vs Elias Cavazos

Boxing Daily Report from the Shreveport Indicolites promoted show at Times-Union Center, Jacksonville,  taking place on 17/03/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jack Bason (8(3) - 2 - 1) who hails from Henderson, USA and Elias Cavazos(19(1) - 3) from Guadalajara, Mexico.  Bason weighed in at 115 pounds, while Cavazos weighed in at 114 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Davie Riquelme, and the three ringside judges are Xaverius Guerra, Chris Villalta and Malcolm Porteous.  

Round 1: 

Cavazos advances into close range.  Bason digs in a right hook to Cavazos's ribs.
