Greg Bethell vs George Bates

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Vector Arena, Auckland,  taking place on 17/02/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Greg Bethell (15 - 16(5) - 5) who hails from Waitakere, New Zealand and George Bates(16 - 13(1) - 5) from Manukau, New Zealand.  Bethell weighed in at 125 pounds and 3 ounces, while Bates weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harvey Dorch, and the three ringside judges are Mark Vaux, Dale Mostyn and Waraki Kawau.
