Sumner Cohen vs Ian Gower

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane,  taking place on 16/12/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Commonwealth Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sumner Cohen (35(9) - 6(3) - 2) who hails from Burnaby, Canada and Ian Gower(18(5) - 2(2) - 1) from Spanish Town, Jamaica.  Cohen weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces, while Gower weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Inigo Craigen, and the three ringside judges are Joel Glines, Rob Gollon and Johnny Omans.
