Jonathan Matherson vs Vince Williams

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Winnipeg Denholm, Winnipeg,  taking place on 26/11/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Jonathan Matherson (5(4) - 0) who hails from Boston, USA and Vince Williams(0 - 2(1)) from Richmond, Canada.  Matherson weighed in at 140 pounds, while Williams weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ian Fiddes, and the three ringside judges are Alastair Meredith, Steven Menzies and Blake Brydon.
