Mark Pappas vs Jasper McKay

Boxing Daily Report from the Jon Crosby promoted show at Newcastle Panthers Club, Newcastle,  taking place on 14/10/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Mark Pappas (5 - 0) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Jasper McKay(4 - 14 - 3) from Brisbane, Australia.  Pappas weighed in at 111 pounds and 14 ounces, while McKay weighed in at 111 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lewis MacConnell, and the three ringside judges are Geoff Crafford, Jack Tripi and Paul Onanyan.  

Round 1: 

Pappas closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Pappas holds on to his opponent.  Pappas leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

McKay walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Pappas lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...McKay's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  McKay's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
