Glanville Bastien vs Vere Piat

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Haiti-Nord-Ouest promoted show at Leggett Beaumier Gym, Port-de-Paix,  taking place on 24/09/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Haiti-Nord-Ouest Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Glanville Bastien (4 - 4 - 2) who hails from Port-de-Paix, Haiti and Vere Piat(7(3) - 2 - 1) from Port-de-Paix, Haiti.  Bastien weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Piat weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pernell Gayet, and the three ringside judges are Marvel Jean-Pierre, Damien Modiano and Valentin Cantor.  

Round 1: 

Piat gets on the inside and throws a right uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch.  Piat holds on to his opponent.  Piat pushes his forearm into Bastien's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Piat walks his opponent into the corner.  Piat pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a solid right hook.

Piat drives a firm left hook into Bastien's ribs.  
Piat hits home with a firm right uppercut.  
Bastien throws a right hook, but Piat holds on to his opponent.  Piat is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Piat is looking to close the distance and forces Bastien to back into the ropes.  Piat quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Bastien tries to step out of his opponents range.  Piat finds the target with a jab.  Piat tries to land a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Piat advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Piat walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Piat lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Bastien could be stopped here, if Piat can find the right shot!  Piat SLAMS a WICKED left hook into his opponents face.  BASTIEN HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE REMAINS ON THE CANVAS AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Piat!
