Seamus Taggart vs Kieran McCleod

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Munster promoted show at Waterford McCormick, Waterford,  taking place on 23/09/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Irish-Munster Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Seamus Taggart (8 - 18 - 5) who hails from Cork, Ireland and Kieran McCleod(13(1) - 4(3) - 3) from Cork, Ireland.  Both Taggart and McCleod weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joshua Fylan, and the three ringside judges are Eoghan Healey, Evan Coghlan and Kieran Mulloy.  

Round 1: 

McCleod lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
McCleod pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
McCleod voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Taggart is whaling away with hooks, but McCleod keeps his defence tight.  Taggart is on target with a right hook.

Taggart closes the distance.  McCleod lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.

Taggart steps inside.  Taggart sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  McCleod lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Taggart almost instantly recovers. 
McCleod closes the distance and drives a firm left uppercut into his opponents body.
