Martyn McCourt vs Imran Zaidi

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Swansea University International Sports Village, Swansea,  taking place on 15/10/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British-Wales Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Martyn McCourt (18(2) - 1(1)) who hails from Swansea, UK and Imran Zaidi(6 - 3(1)) from Cardiff, UK.  McCourt weighed in at 135 pounds, while Zaidi weighed in at 134 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joshua Gillespie, and the three ringside judges are Dale Carrick, Terry Lyons and Griffith Batton.  

Round 1: 

McCourt advances into close range and hits home with a solid left uppercut.
