Ian Gower vs Joaquin Menendez

Boxing Daily Report from the JDHawks Gym promoted show at Amfiteátr Košice, Kosice,  taking place on 30/09/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ian Gower (17(4) - 2(2) - 1) who hails from Spanish Town, Jamaica and Joaquin Menendez(14(6) - 4(2) - 1) from Barranquilla, Colombia.  Both Gower and Menendez weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Talbot Beye, and the three ringside judges are Luc Dione, Gage Moizan and Launcelot Vieira.  

Round 1: 

Gower advances into close range.  Menendez lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.
